Monroe cop awaits decision on possible reinstatement

MONROE — A decision was not reached at Monday evening’s pre-termination hearing for Andy Wall, the cancer-free Monroe police officer looking to be reinstated. Wall, a 54-year-old Newtown resident, said he was on long-term disability for a year and a half as he was treated for stage 4 brain cancer.
